These terms govern your access to and use of our services, including our various websites, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, and widgets (the “Services” or “CraftCore”), and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content”).
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Terms of Service agreement:
“Account” Means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
“Company” Refers to CraftCore Inc., located at 123 Tech Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107.
“Service” Refers to the Website and the CraftCore SaaS platform accessible via app.craftcore.com.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify CraftCore of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
- You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
CraftCore is a platform for professionals. We expect all users to behave responsibly. You agree not to use the Service to:

- Upload malicious code or viruses.
- Attempt to breach security measures.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Engage in unauthorized data scraping.
Encouraged
- Collaborate respectfully with teams.
- Report security vulnerabilities.
- Provide constructive feedback.
- Protect your own credential
